Very pleasant stay, as always. Funky and fairly clean hotel, enjoyed it. We were greeted by decent, efficient staff. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of delicacies and was healthy.

Very good staff and location - they offered a fairly nice experience. The bedrooms were nice. The restaurant was good and food was amazing. They had an early check-in. Besides, the parking was on-site.

This good standard, clean property has traditional buffet breakfasts and helpful staff. The setting is excellent, short walk to Bullring and town centre and the bus route, nice enough area.

The staff were efficient, breakfast was tasty and location was so ideal. Incredible view, a large balcony, great bed, too. The service was personalised during all my unforgettable stay. Spotless and thoughtful hotel in Edgbaston district. Besides, it was next to the bus route to birmingham town centre, a bus stop for transport links to town centre, the center.

All good - I loved my stay - food was excellent and my bed was nice. Cosy rooms with an iron/ironing board, a work desk and a dining area. Brand-new hotel with terrific service. I came here for 1 night and had a fine stay.

Very, very nice staff and COMFY place. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the hotel.

Hot breakfast and comfortable bed. I truly enjoyed how spotlessly clean the room was. I stayed for 7 nights here, loved Edgbaston district;))

It was definitely 3 stars for us. The continental breakfast was our favourite. We have stayed in Birmingham many times and would come here again.

A short walk to Ask Italian, where you can have lunch. We had a car, so 5 minutes drive to national sea life centre. In front of the airport, 15 km. Edgbaston neighbourhood definitely deserves your time and attention.
